Description

Supply and Delivery of up to Sixty-Thousand (60,000) Well Tag Packages to the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks.
Scope of Work
The Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks needs the supply and delivery of sixty-thousand (60,000) well tag packages. Anyone who constructs a new, cased water well in Ontario (except for oil and gas wells) are required to affix a permanent stainless steel identification tag, issued by the ministry. The tagging requirements are part of Regulation 903 made under the Ontario Water Resources Act. The ministry requires the first batch of 10,000 packages be delivered no later than December 9 2024.
