TENDER NO. 24-01
SUBDIVISION DEVELOPMENT
Sealed tenders marked "The Nackawic Millville Rural Community Tender No. T24-01 Subdivision Development" will be received at the Nackawic Millville Rural Community Town Hall, 115 Otis Drive, Nackawic, NB until 3:00:00 pm local time, Thursday, 2024 October 31. The Company's name and tender closing date and time shall also be indicated on the envelope. Contractors shall drop off the tenders into the tender box located in the Service Centre at Town Hall. Opening of the bids will follow immediately
in the Town Hall.
The proposed project is a full infrastructure development for a new subdivision in Nackawic, NB, providing essential services like surface water management, potable water, and sanitary sewer systems. It will support 22 new residential plots and 2 multi-residential buildings. The work includes constructing Wilmot Street (170 meters), Second Street (260 meters), and First Street (320 meters), all with sidewalks, a 200mm water main, a 200mm sanitary sewer main, and a 300 mm storm sewer main. A
booster station will also be added for the water system. Located South of Landegger Drive and North of Otis Drive, the project runs parallel to Route 105, offering around 750 meters of roadway with concrete curbs, asphalt, and landscaping.
Each tender shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Cheque in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Tender Price (including HST). The successful bidder will be required to provide performance securities as specified in the tender documents.
Contractors responding to this Notice of Tender are advised that official tender documents can only be obtained from NBON. Only contractors who have received the tender directly from NBON are eligible to submit a tender on this project.
Tender Documents may be obtained through NBON.
The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
