Description

This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization to retain a General Contractor for the F631-00 Little Mountain Place Medical Rooms project. The project is to create new medication rooms, on second and third floors, each room will be provided with millwork, multi proposes sink, under counter medication fridge and new flooring and wall finishes, including mechanical and electrical work. The anticipated go-live date is January 15th, 2025, and the anticipated Ready-for-Takeover date is January 8th, 2025.
