The University of British Columbia (UBC), is seeking proposals for an Electronic Medical Record Solution for two UBC Clinics, the Pharmacists Clinic and the Gateway to Team-Based Care clinic, including patient care documentation, team member collaboration and communication, schedule management, learner access and preceptor validation of documentation.
