Description

Technical Safety BC’s Electrical Safety Officers (ESOs) typically conduct inspections of electrical equipment at client sites. This requires a thorough understanding of the current BC Electrical Code. BC will be adopting the 2024 Canadian Electrical Code (CSA C22.1:24) March 4th, 2025. As such, ESOs will require training on the changes associated with the 2024 edition, prior to the adoption date.

SCOPE
Technical Safety BC is interested in receiving proposals and pricing for 2024 Electrical Code Change training for approximately 50 Electrical Safety Officers (ESOs). The target audience are safety officers who conduct inspections on electrical equipment to ensure electrical code compliance. The training would ideally happen in one day but can be spread out to two or more days if there is justification from a learning or logistical perspective.
