Description

School District 67 (Okanagan Skaha) invites interested general contractors to submit their bids for a new childcare facility to be constructed on the site of Skaha Lake Middle School in Penticton, B.C., on or before October 1, 2024. Work to be completed includes:

1. Construction of a new single story, stand-alone childcare facility on the site of the Skaha Lake Middle School.

2. Selective demolition of existing site components including the existing tennis courts.

3. Site works including but not limited to
- new asphalt driveway and parking area
- concrete sidewalks
- fencing
- patch and repair work related to the new building;
- related modifications and connections to site services;
- landscape retaining walls
- children's playgrounds

Building size approximately 585m2.
