Description

Through this Request for Proposals, the City of Merritt invites Proposals from experienced marketing firms to develop a comprehensive Strategic Economic Development Marketing Plan for the City. The Plan will focus on creating, and setting how to implement, effective marketing tools and resources to attract identified industries and potential residents, while also enhancing engagement with indigenous government leaders in economic development projects.
Services Overview: the Services will be performed over 5 key phases as follows:

Market Analysis & Research
Marketing Strategy Development
Development of Marketing Tools & Resources
Engagement with Indigenous Leaders
Create Implementation Plan

Timeline: The Services may commence anytime after November 1, 2024 with the various deliverables from the Services preferred to occur between March and December 2025, in accordance with a phased program.
Maximum Budget: The City has a maximum budget of $75,000 plus GST available for all Services.
