Notice is hereby given that Vancouver Island Health Authority (the “Health Authority”), through their agent Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”), intends to directly award a Contract to the following supplier to provide one (1) Lifepulse High Frequency Jet Ventilator for Victoria General Hospital at an estimated value of $70,035.77 with the option to purchase an additional unit at the same value should funding be approved.
