This is to inform you that The University of British Columbia (“UBC”) intends to enter in a purchase agreement with Strider Technologies, Inc. for the acquisition of a suite of risk assessment tools (“Ranger”, “Sentry”, “Checkpoint” and analyst services). Strider Technologies, Inc. delivers data-driven solutions to its customers; these services include solutions that enable customers to identify and mitigate national-state connected IP theft and vulnerabilities outside the cyber domain.
