Description

This Notice of Intent (“NOI”) is hereby given by BCNET of its intent to direct award a contract to Novus Entertainment Inc. to provide two (2) dark optic strands (one pair) for a dark fibre connection from 8771 Lansdowne Road, Richmond, BC V6X 3X7 to Novus’ Point of Presence at 6B – 555 West Hastings Street, Vancouver, BC V5A 1G8.

The proposed contract will commence on October 31, 2024. The contract term will be for 5 years with an option to extend for an additional 5 years. The estimated total contract value is $210,000 (including the one-time construction fee)
