The project is the renovation for four classroom conversion for YMCA Child Care at Dr. F. D. Sinclair Elementary, located at 7480 128 Street, Surrey, BC.

The scope of work generally includes: construction of interior partitions to create three indoor play area rooms, nap room, a quiet room, a kitchen, two washrooms c/w laundry, a cubby area, renovation of existing boys and girls washroom, a staff room, three outdoor play areas and all related interior daycare finishes, plumbing, sprinkler, mechanical, electrical and fire alarm modification works. On-site hard and soft landscaping and civil works.

Bid Documents have been made available to prequalified General Contractors. The following General Contractors have been prequalified by the School District:

Bid Documents are available for review at the Vancouver Regional Construction Association (VRCA) Plan Room.
