Description

School District No. 36 (Surrey) (the “School District”) is requesting information from experienced vendors with expertise, demonstrated experience, resources and knowledge relating to offsite manufacturing or prefabricated components that can be used to reduce onsite construction time for approved Capital projects. For this request, there is no predetermined definition or method of offsite construction, prefabrication, or prefabricated components used for construction.

The purpose of this Request for Information is to create a reference database that can be shared with other School Districts within the province, along with the Ministry of Education and Child Care.
