Description

Renovation work of an existing Leased space that includes new exterior doors, new AHUs and subsequent roof patching along with a new sign. Re-programming of the interior space will include new steel stud gypsum partitions, doors, interior glazing, finishes, and millwork. Install new and renovate existing mechanical and electrical services to suit the renovation work. The existing water line from the city main to the building is undersized and will be replaced in a separate non-connected bidding process by the Landlord.
