Description

The successful Proponent will act in the capacity of a Managing Consultant (Architect) for the Project, including engaging the services of all Sub-Consultants as required to provide complete consulting services for the Project, except that the Authority will engage a professional quantity surveyor and environmental consultant. Services to be provided by the Managing Consultant and Sub-Consultants will include: architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, telecommunications - Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD), code, building envelope, and door hardware.

Site Visit(s):
The Authority has made arrangements for a site visit for the benefit of interested Proponents who are preparing Proposals. Attendance at the site visit is optional but highly encouraged. The date and time of site visit is as noted below:
