This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is an invitation by Service New Brunswick ("SNB") to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of a Clinical Information System, as further described in Part 2 - Introduction and RFP Purpose.
This RFP is being conducted pursuant to the Procurement Act and regulations thereunder, and in the event of conflict between the provisions of the RFP and the overarching legislation, the latter will prevail over the conflicting provision of the RFP.
The RFP documents are available in both official languages upon request.
