Description

The District of Sicamous is seeking proposals from qualified property owners to provide a lease of a parking lot for standard vehicle parking stalls and truck and trailer parking stalls, servicing the Finlayson Street Boat Launch in Sicamous, B.C. Evaluation of proposals will be based on lease costs and other quality factors including but not limited to user convenience (e.g. proximity between boat launch, parking) and vehicle access to parking location. Additional value will be included for proposals that have parking space that is near the Finlayson boat launch and can accommodate additional parking stalls.
