NRFP 4664 - Internet Performance Monitoring Tool (IPM)

The objective of this NRFP is for ICBC to identify an IPM solution that provides required visibility from “outside-in” vantage points between an enrolled ICBC managed endpoint or ICBC location and a web service hosted internally or in the Cloud. The solution will have "vantage points" distributed across the globe where they can look from the outside-in, and how the subscriber (e.g. ICBC) reaches certain services (e.g. SaaS, MS Teams). Those vantage points will help ICBC more quickly rule out issues affecting groups of users.
