NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN BY THE CITY OF NANAIMO (CITY) OF ITS INTENT TO DIRECT AWARD A CONTRACT TO:

Pattison Outdoor Advertising, LP Suite 200 – 4180 Lougheed Highway, Burnaby, British Columbia, V5C 6A7

SUMMARY AND DETAILS:

Contract Term/Value:

Over the fifteen (15) year Term of the Agreement up to 2039, PATTISON will provide revenue share
payments at the rate of:

• Years 1 - 5: No Revenue Share Paid
• Years 6 - 12: 10 %
• Years 13 - 15: 15 %

For an estimated total Cumulative Revenue Share of $202,250.00

This Notice of Intent is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, Canadian Free Trade Agreement - Chapter 5, and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) - Chapter 19.
