2025NRFP-05 - 2025NRFP-05 Website Development, Design, Launch and Post-launch Managed Service

The College, through this Negotiated Request for Proposal (NRFP), is seeking to identify and select a qualified vendor(s) to rebuild the langara.ca website on a new CMS platform (Drupal). Work will include design, content, and integration support as well as a move of the supporting web tech stack to a cloud-based hosting. The expectation is that the successful Proponent will complete both the development of the new Langara website, and the set-up and monitoring of the cloud hosting for the new website. It would be ideal if the Proponent could also manage the hosting and other necessary contracts under one master agreement, however, the College will still consider all qualified submissions equally if this is not the case. The use of any subcontractors must be clearly defined in a Proponent’s submission. In such cases, one of the Proponents must be prepared to take overall responsibility for the successful performance of the Agreement and this must be clearly defined in the proposal. The decision on which Proposal best suits the needs of the College will be based on the College’s Mandatory Requirements, Evaluated Requirements and Financial Proposal submission, Demonstrations and References.

The award of this NRFP will be for two separate pieces of work:

- 18 months for the website “rebuild”, design and launch; and
- 5 years for the managed service of the website.

There may be an option to extend the contract at the College’s discretion.
