The Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC) hereby gives notice that it has issued a direct award for a contract to LinkedIn Corporation, with an address of 1000 W. Maude Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94085 USA to provide Recruitment Services.

This contract term is for 3-year from June 17, 2024, to June 16, 2027. The value of this contract is estimated to be $740,708.19 plus applicable taxes.

• LinkedIn provides access to a Recruitment Platform, including all core features and functionalities, such as job posting, candidate search, messaging, analytics, and employer branding tools.
• LinkedIn platform provides advanced search filters and targeting options to enable precise candidate sourcing based on criteria such as location, industry, experience, skills, and more. It facilitates efficient candidate discovery and engagement.
• LinkedIn platform provides comprehensive analytics and reporting capabilities to track the performance of job postings, candidate engagement, and overall recruitment activities. The analytics dashboard offers insights into key metrics to support data-driven decisionmaking. • LinkedIn platform ensures seamless integration with SAP SuccessFactors and other relevant tools.
• LinkedIn platform allows for customizable user permissions to control access levels and ensure data security.
• LinkedIn platform adheres to industry best practices for data security and compliance with relevant regulations. It provides features to safeguard candidate data and ensures privacy and confidentiality throughout the recruitment process.

ICBC is interested in entering into arrangements with other companies that provide recruiting platforms similar to LinkedIn. Please let us know if you are also a firm that meets the above requirements, and we may consider you as an additional vendor.
