SCOPE OF WORK:

The City of Moncton is seeking Proposals from highly experienced and qualified firms to provide a comprehensive review and update of the Municipal Plan and Zoning By-Law. This document will reference work required to update the Municipal Plan and Zoning By-Law at times separately but will refer to the work required to update both by-laws as the "project".
