Please note that the following changes are to be made to the Proposal Documents:


1. Questions and Answers are posted on the NBON as P24-25 Q and A Response for Addendum #1.

This addendum becomes part of the Proposed Package and must be completed and returned before award.


As a municipality in New Brunswick, the local government is required to follow Provincial Legislation as it pertains to municipal governments. The local government has two main funds including the General Fund, primarily funded through property taxes and the Water and Sewer Fund primarily funded through user fees and rates. The fiscal year for municipalities in New Brunswick is January 1 - December 31. The local government also has two pension plans and three subsidiary companies that also
require audit services prior to consolidation.
