British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) invites Proponents to engage with BCIT in a flexible procurement process (Negotiated Request for Proposal) to obtain consultant services to prepare a feasibility study for the proposed Forensic Science and Technology (FSCT) DNA Lab and CRC Cybersecurity Lab in building SW01 at the BCIT Burnaby Campus located at 3700 Willingdon Ave, Burnaby, BC.
