ROUTE 105 OUTFALL REPLACEMENT


Sealed envelopes marked "TENDER - District of Carleton North, Route 105,
Outfall Replacement" will be received at the office of WSP Canada Inc., 80
Bishop Drive, Fredericton, NB. 3:00 pm local time, Tuesday, May 28, 2024.
The name of the Bidding firm shall also be indicated on the envelope.

The proposed Work involves replacing the existing 1200 mm diameter metal
catch basin with a new 2100 mm diameter concrete catch basin. Work also
includes placement of riprap to repair the washout located at the outlet of the
existing culvert and for slope protection. The roadway within the limits of
excavation will be reinstated to the existing condition.

Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Cheque in the amount
of ten percent (10%) of the Bid Price (including HST). The successful Bidder
will be required to provide Performance Securities as specified in the Bid
Documents.

to Bidders.

General Contractors only may obtain drawings and specifications from WSP
Canada Group Limited, 80 Bishop Drive, Fredericton NB at a cost of $50.00
(including HST) per set, non-refundable.

Bid Documents are on display at the Construction Office in Fredericton, NB.

The lowest or any bid will not necessarily be accepted.
