Description

The County of Vermilion River has secured funding on behalf of the membership of Alberta HUB to develop a Commercial-Industrial Investment Attraction Asset Plan. Understanding the ongoing availability of all Commercial-Industrial real estate assets in the region has been a long-term challenge. Alberta HUB’s member communities need to develop a regional methodology to identify these assets and promote them to investors and site selectors using modern and maintainable technologies.
