This Negotiated Request for Proposals (“NRFP”) invites Proposals from Proponents for the provision of Security Services for all District sites. At a high level, the District requires the following: Security patrols of SD42 facilities and runner services for all Board facilities in response to alarms received at the Board’s monitoring station
