T2024-010 Lining of Existing Twin Culverts on Baldi Creek Under 200 Street in 5300 Block

The Contract is generally for the following work:
• Removals and reinstatement as needed to access the inlet and outlet of the culvert,
• Confirmation of existing pipe dimensions and ordering of materials. This is expected to include pumping down water levels within the culvert and a fish salvage done by the City’s Environmental Consultant.
• Supply and install creek isolation works downstream and upstream of culvert inlet/outlet;
• Flow bypass to twin pipe, lower water levels;
• Remove and dispose of all dirt/debris from inside the culvert;
• Video inspection within the culvert before and after the slip-lining;
• Coordinate fish salvage and inspection work;
• Slip-line culverts between its inlet and outlet, fill the annulus with grout, and reinstatement of all service connections; and
• Grading of creek bottom, installation of riprap protection at the inlet and site restoration.
