Description

The purpose of this request for proposal pre-qualification (the " RFPQ") is to receive proposals for digital creative services, development and advertising. The intention is for the successful Proponents to become an extension of the Douglas College Marketing Communications Office and provide services as needed. Successful proponents will form part of a roster comprising of three (3) categories: Digital Creative Services, Digital Development Services, and Digital Advertising Services.
