Description

The Calgary Charter School Hub Society (the “Landlord”) invites qualified facility management service providers (each a “Proponent”) to submit proposals (each a “Proposal”) for the management, maintenance, and other related services for its property. The Property is located at 3636 Research Road NW, Calgary, AB, T2L 1Y1.

The building includes a mix of office space, educational spaces for the operation of junior and senior high schools, and a cafeteria. The building, which was constructed in 2008 and comprises of approximately 250,000 sq.ft. over five-stories above grade, is currently undergoing a conversion to a dedicated educational hub for several charter schools.
