Description

Lac La Biche County (the “County”) invites the submission of proposals from qualified organizations to collect current cellular service signal data within the County. The selected proponent will also analyze the collected data to identify up to a maximum of 10 areas that have little to no cellular services, using census population data to prioritize the identified areas.
The County would also like to capture the signal data for AFRRCS network and the County’s 5 VHF repeaters where the data can be displayed within our GIS systems.
