This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Strathcona County (the “County”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Strathcona County Flow Monitoring Program, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).

The County is seeking a qualified firm to operate and maintain the County’s flow monitoring program that meets current and future needs. The program will include five components: equipment and software; data review and analysis; field maintenance; emergency response; and communication and reporting.
