The town of Rothesay is seeking qualified recruitment firms to assist in the search and selection process for the position of Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). For Contract R-2024-002: Recruitment of Rothesay Chief Administrative Officer (CAO).

Each RFP shall be submitted on or before the closing date of March 18, 2024 @ 4:00pm

The proposed timeline for the recruitment process is as follows:
# Request for Proposals Issued: February 26, 2024
# Proposal Submission Deadline: March 18, 2024 @ 4:00pm
# Proposal Evaluation and Selection: April 10, 2024
# Commencement of Recruitment Process: May 1, 2024
# Candidate Shortlisting: August 1, 2024
# Final Candidate Selection: September 16, 2024

Interested firms are invited to submit their proposals electronically to Ashley Burchell, Director of Human Resources, no later than 4:00 p.m. March 18th, 2024. Proposals should include details of the firm's experience with similar commissions, recruitment methodology, proposed timeline, resumés of assigned personnel highlighting applicable experience and cost estimates.
