RFP Pest Control - Gopher Control Services

With the unexpected loss of its usual contracted service provider, the Town is looking for a replacement
pest control service provider to implement the Town’s Gopher Control Policy annually for the next three
years.
Potential respondents/ participants:
• Pest Control Companies with the appropriate certification, licensing and liability insurance for
treating identified properties for Richardson ground squirrel/ gophers, depending on the method
proposed.
• Individuals or other organizations with the appropriate certification, licensing and liability
insurance for treating identified properties for Richardson ground squirrel/ gophers, depending on
the method proposed.

Additional locations:
An additional quote, broken out, is requested for the Nanton School properties belonging to Livingstone
Range School Division, with particular focus on playing fields:
▪ 2501-22 Street
▪ 2409 24th Avenue
This quote will be discussed with LRSD and any decision to proceed will be based upon their discretion
and budgetary preferences.
Timing:
To be effective, this work must be executed between mid-March and mid-April. The earlier the better.
Quotes:
Must have a rate in terms of holes or area coverage with a reasonable estimate of global cost for all of the
work at Town properties
