Family Resource Centres (FRCs) will provide inclusive and accessible Services related to onboarding individuals, guardians and families accessing the Family Support for Children with Disabilities (FSCD) and Persons with Developmental Disabilities (PDD) programs, assisting with navigating, accessing and managing disability supports and services, and providing information and referral services within the community.
