Description

The City of Lethbridge intends to enter into a strategic agreement with a qualified vendor(s) to supply a comprehensive range of irrigation parts, crucial for the operation of the City's irrigation program that includes the maintenance, repair, and replacement of system components over a five-year period. Additionally, the City would also like to explore Vendor Management Inventory (VMI) opportunities with the successful supplier(s) throughout the duration of this contract.
Supplies that will be covered under this contract are as follows, but not limited to:
1. Sprinkler Heads (Rotary, Spray, Bubblers)
2. Valves (Isolation, Quick Coupling, Remote Control)
3. Flow Meters
4. Valve Boxes
5. PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) Pipe
6. HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) Pipe
7. Miscellaneous Parts (Hardware, Clamps, Ties, Fittings, etc)
VMI solutions may be introduced at a later date at the discretion of the City. Potential locations could be but are not limited to the following locations:
1. Central Stores
2. North Lethbridge Satellite Depot
3. West Lethbridge Satellite Depot
