Description

RFB for the supply and delivery of insignia and specialty products to various Ministry divisions.
Scope of Work
Through this RFB, the Ministries are seeking a qualified Vendor to supply and deliver the Deliverables, as may be ordered from time to time, and in the case of the Ministry of the Solicitor General, potentially by other Province of Ontario Police Services (POPS).

The three (3) Categories of Deliverables, as well the Ministries who will be purchasing under each Category, is set out below:
Category A: Woven, Embroidered and Screen Printed/Heat Transferred insignia
Category B: Embroidered and Appliquéd Epaulettes Category C: Speciality Products

Bidders must submit a Bid for all three (3) Categories.

The Vendor shall enter into separate agreements with each of the Ministries for the provision of the applicable Deliverables.

The Ministry will hold a voluntary Bidder information session by teleconference on the date and time below:
February 21, 2024
10:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. (Toronto Time)

Interested Bidders are asked to register with the RFB Contact, via Ontario Tenders Portal (“OTP”) eTendering System online messaging function no later than 4:00 p.m. Toronto time on February 20, 2024. Upon registration, the teleconference information will be provided. The purpose of the voluntary Bidder information session is to assist prospective Bidders in understanding the procurement process in a formal tendering environment and to provide an overview of the Ministry’s requirements. All interested Bidders are strongly encouraged to register for this voluntary Bidder information session.

Any questions related to the Deliverables will not be answered during the Bidder information session. Bidders are requested to submit their questions related to the Deliverables via Ontario Tenders Portal (“OTP”) eTendering System online messaging function

The responses to all questions received by the Bidder’s deadline for questions will be posted on Jaggaer as an addendum to this RFB
