LANDSCAPING OR GROUNDSKEEPING SERVICES

Sealed bids marked "Bid for Southeast Region Service Commission, HHW Building Asphalt and Landscaping" will be received at the office of the Southeast Regional Service Commission - Solid Waste Division, 70 Enviro Drive, Berry Mills, NB, until 2:00 p.m. on March 19h, 2024. The name of the bidding firm shall be clearly indicated on the envelope.

In general, the work consists of asphalt placement and landscaping of the new HHW Building. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the tender amount. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Labour and Materials Payment Bond and Performance Bond, each in the amount of 50% of the Bid Price.

Bid Documents may be obtained for a non-refundable deposit of $25.00 per set from:

A non-mandatory site meeting for all bidders will be held on March 11th, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at the Southeast Regional Service Commission office, 70 Enviro Drive, Berry Mills.

The lowest or any offer will not necessarily be accepted.
