Notice is hereby given that Fraser Health Authority (the “Health Authority”), through their agent Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”), intends to directly award a Contract to the following supplier to provide Fire Alarm Inspection Service for Burnaby General Hospital for a term of sixty (60) months at an estimated value of $283,000.
