PHSA 12612 - NOI PHSA 12612 Office & Patient Furnishings; Design, Supply & Installations

Notice is hereby given by Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA), as Agent for Fraser Health Authority (FHA), Interior Health Authority (IHA), Northern Health Authority (NHA), Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA), Vancouver Coastal Health Authority (VCH), and Vancouver Island Health Authority (VIHA) (collectively, the “Health Authorities”) of its intent to update the prequalification list for the supply of Office & Patient Furnishings; Design, Supply & Installations, RFPQ PHSA 03832 , posted on BC Bid May 13, 2021.

In accordance with the requirements stipulated in RFPQ PHSA 03832 PHSA invites Suppliers whom would like to be prequalified and receive subsequent Directed Request for Quote documents for Office & Patient Furnishings; Design, Supply & Installations submit an email indicating their formal interest to the attention of Brian Klassen, Senior Buyer, Corporate Services before  February 2, 2024 by 12:00 pm (Noon) PDT.
Interested suppliers should reference  “PHSA 12612” in all email and subsequent correspondence related to this notice.
On receipt of the formal email notification PHSA will provide any interested Suppliers with the requisite documentation to be completed.
