Description

RFI:
Public Health Ontario is seeking information for an off the shelf Online Digital Learning library in order to:
• provide our employees the tools and resources for self-directed, asynchronous learning in the areas including at minimum leadership, essential and technical skills, and well-being and belonging;
• integrate tools and resources into our employee and leadership development programming, and furthermore,
• help achieve our strategic goals of supporting learning, individual and team development and building leadership capacity, and fostering a culture of health, safety, and wellness that enhances the quality of work life and organizational performance.
The online digital library is a comprehensive off-the-shelf learning solution, which houses a catalogue of thousands of diverse courses, lessons, or modules, covering hundreds of topics easily accessible and navigable by all level of learners. The digital library provides the opportunity for individual employees or teams to customize their learning journey, assess skills and skill development, and grow professionally while in the flow of work.
