The County recently completed an After Action Report on the response to the Buck Creek Wildfire that occurred in May 2023. The report identified a number of opportunities for the County to improve its emergency response and the intent of this RFP is to identify a qualified professional to help implement these improvements. The focus of the work will be to prepare the County for future events and a secondary objective will be to work with the Town of Drayton
Valley on joint training and response planning.
