PROGRAM EVALUATION STUDIES



The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals to conduct a survey of Class of 2018 Maritime university bachelor's graduates (encompassing the 14 post-secondary institutions offering undergraduate degrees within the MPHEC's mandate).

The sample of graduates will be drawn from a population of approximately 10,047 Maritime university Class of 2018 Bachelor's graduates. A database containing the list of names with the most recent contact information for Class of 2018 graduates will be provided to the contractor.

The contractor will ensure a minimum of 2,500 surveys are completed. Note that in the previous Class of 2018 Graduate Outcomes Survey (completed in 2020), a total of 3,339 completes were obtained from an original sample of 10,514 contacts (31.8% completion rate) and in our most recent Class of 2020 Graduate Outcomes Survey (completed in 2022), a total of 2,990 completes were obtained from an original sample of 10,882 contacts (27.5% completion rate).
