Description

1.This RFP is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to the Submission Deadline that they are prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the following category or categories: Water Pump Stations and Reservoirs C7200001; OR Water Feeder Mains, SAN/STM Sewer Trunks C7200105.

2. The work consists of supply and installation of a buried concrete chamber with SCADA functionality at The City limits boundary and decommissioning and removing of the old water meter chamber.

3.This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.

4. Agreement Term: Substantial completion (scheduled Operational Date) 2024 -October -20
