Description

BC Hydro is seeking a qualified Proponent(s) with the capacity, qualifications and experience to develop and deliver Leadership Development Skills Training Services for corporate and operational front line leaders across BC Hydro and throughout the Province of British Columbia on an as needed and when required basis for the following:

Work Package 1 – Content, design/customization and delivery of leadership skills training for corporate leaders
Work Package 2 – Content, design/customization and delivery of leadership skills training for operational front line leaders

Proponent(s) may submit a Proposal to one (1) or more of the Work Packages listed above.

The Contract is expected to be for an initial term of (3) years, which may be extended for up to (4) year(s) through one or more contract extensions, for a potential total term of (7) years.

This procurement may involve negotiation.

This opportunity is subject to Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement.
