Description

This Request for Information includes a draft Request for Proposals (RFP) which is being issued for the sole purpose of gathering supplier feedback and recommendations.

The Public Guardian and Trustee (PGT) is seeking a single Contractor for the supply, installation, configuration and support of multi-functional devices (MFDs) and Scan-Only Devices (collectively the “Equipment”) for its Vancouver, Port Coquitlam, Kelowna and Victoria locations (collectively the “MFD Locations”). The PGT is seeking to lease the Equipment where the Contractor will provide all toner, ink, preventative maintenance, and repairs.
