1.1 The supply and installation of landscape enhancements and security improvements at the three (3) communities of Aspen Commons, Bow Valley Lodge, Bow Valley Townhomes, and Spruce Commons located in the community of Bridgeland in Calgary, Alberta.

1.2 Landscape Improvements include the supply and installation of black vinyl chain link fencing ranging in height from 4 – 8ft, including secure gate access, additional concrete pedestrian connections, removal of concrete sidewalks, lighting upgrades, benches, and softscape upgrades through the sites including planting, sod and site furnishings.
