Description

1. This RFP is open to all interested vendors.
2. The City of Calgary, on behalf of the Calgary Fire Department, requires a supplier capable of provide an intercom system with wireless headset configuration to be installed in all Fire apparatus for in-cab communication.
3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and will not create a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
4. The Agreement will be for a one (1) year initially, and may be renewed for up to 2 (two) terms for 2 (two) years each time for a total of 5 (five) years.
