NAIT intends to issue a RFP for the Supply of Facilities Management Services for Maintenance and Operations on about November 30, 2023. Includes planned and demand Maintenance & Operations Services. The Contract for this work will commence on July 1, 2024 and will end on June 30, 2027 for a contract term of three (3) years with the possibility of renewal, at the Owner's sole discretion, for two (2) additional three (3) year terms.
