Description

The objective of this Request for Bids (RFB) is to refresh an existing multi-vendor, enterprise Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement for French Language Proficiency Evaluation Services and French Language Skills Training Services for a period of the remainder of the original term (ending October 31st, 2024) and an extension, if exercised by Supply Ontario, for one (1) additional period of up to two (2) years.

Each Bidder may submit a Bid for any of the following Service Categories where that Bidder is not an existing Vendor of Record for the Service Category:

• Service Category 1 – French Language Proficiency Evaluation Services;
• Service Category 2 – French Language Proficiency in a Legal Context Evaluation Services;
• Service Category 3 – French Language Skills Training; and
• Service Category 4 – French Language Services in a Legal Context Skills Training.

This VOR is used by various ministries as well as broader public sector entities.
