Description

Bids are solicited for a Gym Ventilation Upgrade project at J.T. Brown (Site 034) Elementary School at 12530 60 Ave, Surrey, BC V3X 2K8.

A Mandatory Site Visit will be held at the main entrance of J.T. Brown Elementary School at 12530 60 Ave, Surrey, BC on November 22, 2022, at 09:00 AM.

Contractors are responsible to confirm the existing site and building(s) conditions. Claims for additional costs will not be entertained with respect to existing conditions that could have been reasonably ascertained by a detailed inspection of the site. Bids will not be accepted by Contractors who do not attend the scheduled mandatory site visit.
